This notice covers this website — sitovaiagency.com — and the details you send us through it. Each of our products has its own privacy policy covering the data inside that product.
Who is responsible
Sitovai Agency, business ID (Y-tunnus) 3638129-8, Finland. For anything in this notice, email support@sitovaiagency.com.
What we collect
- Contact form — the name, email address and message you type into the “Work with us” form.
- Waitlist and course list — the email address you submit.
- Server logs — our host records standard technical data such as IP address and time of request, for security and to keep the site running.
That is all. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking on this site, and we set no tracking cookies. If you choose a language, that choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to you. If you write to us, we use your details to answer and to discuss possible work — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To tell you about a launch. If you join the waitlist or the course list, we email you when there is something to announce — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying and asking us to remove you.
- To keep the site secure — our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who else sees it
- Netlify — hosts this site and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Apple (iCloud Mail) — delivers the email we send and receive at our business address.
Both may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Waitlist addresses are kept until you ask to be removed or we retire the list. Server logs are kept for a short period only.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Email support@sitovaiagency.com and we will respond within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your local supervisory authority — in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto, tietosuoja.fi).
Changes
If what we do with your data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
